Processing & Delivery Policies

• Delivery Times: I'll aim to get your lovely bits all packed up and sent out in 1-2 business days ❤️
• My goal is to get your new ‘fit to you as soon as possible (mostly because I can’t WAIT to see you in it!!) These are the shipping times to expect, depending on your location:
  
  
• all orders are shipped via an post express shipping
  

Dublin and surrounding: 2-3 business days
Rest of Ireland/UK: 3-4 business days
International: 5-7 business days

Return Policy:

If for any reason you don’t love your item you can return or exchange it within 30 days of your order date.

Feel free to reply to your confirmation email and let me know if you’re looking for an exchange and I will make every attempt to get your exchanged item to you in a timely manner (we all know the struggle of needing your outfit on time but it’s not the right size or you’d prefer a different colour!!).

Just to be sure I’m protecting my little business, I do ask for the below conditions to be met in order to obtain a refund:

• Items must be unworn - if there are any signs of wear on your item it will not qualify for a refund 
• Items must come back in the original packaging with all tags still on 
• Items must be returned within 30 days of your original order date
